Philip Douglas Jackson (né le 17 septembre 1945 à Deer Lodge dans le Montana) est un ancien joueur et entraîneur de basket-ball. Il est, en tant qu'entraîneur, six fois champion NBA avec les Bulls de Chicago et cinq fois avec les Lakers de Los Angeles. Il détient le record de titres NBA (11), de finales disputées (13), de victoires en playoffs (229), de % de victoires en saison régulière (70,4 %) et en playoffs (68,8 %), ainsi que le deuxième meilleur bilan sur une saison régulière (72-10) en 1995-1996 derrière Golden State Warriors (73-9) en 2015-2016. Il a entrainé durant sa longue carrière des joueurs d'exception, tels que Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Kobe Bryant ou Shaquille O'Neal. Il est également l'un des principaux utilisateurs de l'attaque en triangle1. En tant que joueur, Phil Jackson a également remporté deux titres de champion avec les Knicks de New York en 1970 et 1973.
